Welcome to our website! As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at 229-432-9338 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Down & Out Ventilation

The heat diffuser is designed to push smoke and heat up the sides of the grill before circulating and exiting through the rear exhaust. Giving you even heat and smoke throughout the entire chamber.

Image Feature

WIFI Controller + Camp Chef Connect

Unlike our other Gen 2 controllers, the Woodwind WIFI line comes gives a full color display, a weather resistant cover, easy-to-use menu dial, and four ports for temperature probes. Connect to the Camp Chef Connect App to adjust and monitor the flavor at your fingertips. Available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, the Camp Chef Connect allows you to monitor your cook from anywhere. Set timers with push notifications, view historical data from past cooks, label your probes and select your meat type using the Smart Meat Assistant. Using a pellet grill has never been easier.

Image Feature

Stainless Steel Components

High grade stainless steel helps the grill hold heat and protect against rust and corrosion. The stainless steel on the inside of the grill is 430. The butterfly valve, gasket, and burn cup are all 304.

Image Feature

Smoke Number

The PID controller helps regulate smoke and temperature. Control exactly how much smoke you incorporate into your cook by adjusting the Smoke Number. The PID's extremely detailed controller gives you the industry's most precise grill temperature. As your Smoke Number increases, your smoke output increases. As your Smoke Number decreases the temperatures will hold tighter.

Image Feature

Sidekick Compatible

Add a Sidekick Flat Top or Sidekick Sear to your pellet grill to get the best of both worlds. Using your existing side shelf holes, easily mount a Sidekick to your pellet grill for propane powered cooking. Add compatible 1-burner, 14-inch accessories to customize your cook!

Image Feature

Ash Cleanout

Your pellet grill is powered by Hardwood Pellets, the burning and smoldering of those pellets provides you with smoke. However, it's also accompanied with ash. Instead of hauling the shop vac out, simply pull the Ash Cleanout knob on the side of the grill, your unwanted ash empties into the cup, where you can remove and discard within seconds.

The Woodwind Pro speaks to control freaks and carefree cooks alike. If your dream grill includes a wishlist of more smoke, and more bold flavor then you'll love playing around with the newly invented Smoke Box. In addition to the hardwood pellets, the Smoke Box allows you to simultaneously control heat and flavor. With the Smoke Box you can cook with wood pellets, wood chunks, wood chips, even charcoal and use the damper value to tailor your heat output. Even try your hand at new methods such as cold smoking using the Fan Only Mode. Want something a little more casual" Simply fill your hopper and fire it up the pellet grill for that signature mild smoke taste. Make a statement with the Woodwind Pro.

Appliances

Why NSI Protection Plus?

Our service plan is an economical way to extend the terms of your product's manufacturer parts & labor warranty.

Most manufacturer's limited warranties leave customers with no protection against the rising cost of repairs.

Even the best products can malfunction and the most minor repairs can cost hundreds.

About NSI Protection Plus

Administered by Warrantech and insured by AmTrust Financial, NSI Protection Plus is the largest service network in the industry with 30 years of building the network and over 22 million in paid claims.

The most comprehensive repair plans in the business!

  • Day one coverage on special features
  • Removal and reinstallation coverage
  • $25 Laundry credit (Washers and Dryers)
  • 5 year appliance contracts include 10 year major component coverage
  • $250 Food credit (per incident, eligible products)
  • The only true "No Lemon Guarantee" in the business
  • No "CAP" on repairs or replacement, unlimited repairs.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.
