On second one so far and still don't have any ice being made

Great freezer. Love the size. The ice maker doesn™€™t produce enough ice at all. One bin every 72 hours doesn™€™t cut it for this nice of a freezer. Counter top ice makers fill up in 15 minutes. The service guys came out a few times. Replaced it but then fridgidaire told them 1 bucket every 72 hours. If you like ice this is a hard pass.

We had both units professionally installed and after 4 months the high temp warning displayed. We had a technician come in and fix the problem. It was the control module. A couple weeks later the water dispenser stopped working. Had a technician come out and fix it. A year later we are out of warranty and now the ice maker stopped working. Attempted to reset and see if it would start working. Doesn™€™t work and now we are having to foot the bill.

Safety Hazard. Door falls off - attempted repair failed x 3.

I have had the freezer for ~3 months when the door began hanging. Falls off randomly when opening and this door is heavy. I have small children who have been bruised and very scared. Hardwood floors damaged. PC Richard has been to house 3 times for repairs without improvement. Frigidaire needs to address this safety hazard. Refrigerator had a electrical problem which was repaired. I would say quality control must be extremely poor given my experience.

Lemon of a Freezer?

We have had issues with our freezer from day 1 (December 2021). It will randomly make a loud buzzing noise which will continue for several hours. It was icing up a bit as well. We have had a technician out a couple of times. He adjusted the door the first time, and while it seemed to help a little, it kept doing making the loud noise. He came out again, and did some more adjustments, but it kept making the noise. He told my wife that there is nothing you can do about a noisy condenser. Now, about a month and a half ago, the ice maker just stopped making ice. I have not had a chance to try and diagnose it yet, but we are very dissatisfied with this freezer. No helpful videos online that I could find to try and fix it. And of course it is out of warranty now... Love the look and match with our refrigerator (which has had no problems at all), but the freezer stinks.

"Tall twins" are an awesome combo

Having 5 kids and enjoying home-cooked meals means we need a lot of storage for fresh food! So during our kitchen remodel, we knew we had to incorporate space for the "Tall Twins". We love the commanding presence of the combo in our kitchen (definitely a statement piece) and once you open the large door, the bright LED lighting really makes it feel like you're standing in front of something special (emitting an aura around you). The fridge/freezer are shallower than what we were used to from our old non-counter depth unit, but we love that as it is now much easier to reach all items - no more food "lost in the back" that you'll naturally only discover the day AFTER "trash day" (meaning it sits in the fridge taking up room for an extra week). All-in-all we love our new combo and hope to enjoy them for many years to come!

Excellent freezer. We don't need the ice maker, but the ice bins make good storage containers inside the freezer. I wish the dealer we purchased this set from knew more about the freezer and matching refrigerator. I found out later that there is a water kit so you can run the filtered water from the refrigerator to the ice maker inside the freezer. Our dealer didn't know that and used a tee on the water valve instead. No filtered ice.

This is the second freezer we™€™ve had. The first one the ice maker just randomly stopped making ice. No one would work on the freezer and they just gave us a replacement. Now this replacement has water leaking from the ice maker causing the water to freeze under, in and behind the ice bins. Other than that, the freezer is very spacious.

When opening the packaging both of the doors had dents. In discussing this with our dealer, they had mentioned that this seems to be a problem with these units. The doors are susceptible to damage in shipping. Unfortunately it was a huge battle to get this resolved but in the end new doors were ordered. Overall the installed pair look great, they are huge. We love the two ice holders, this is great for entertaining. I would have given the product a 5 star review if the issue with the doors had been resolved without hassle.

Have the combination refrigerator, freezer. Had problems at first with freezer, ice maker wouldn™€™t work. Had a harness problem no contact, got that fixed. Then still no ice, another service call. Came out replaced ice maker, still no ice. Another service call, replaced sensor on back were water comes in ordered part another service call. Put in new part still no ice another service call. This time a different technician he called Fridgeadare and they said replace the freezer. New freezer arrives they put together with refrigerator but can™€™t get it level to put the trim kit on. To many times pulling in and out for service calls the leveling brackets are not strong enough to keep units level. Waiting on replacement parts. Other then that the problems explained above, units are preforming great.
